Brexit: Divorce deal reached, claims EC president

Juncker stated Brexit deal as a fair and balanced agreement for the EU and the UK.

Brussels: European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said on Thursday people should be happy at the news that a divorce deal has been reached between the UK and the European Union.

He said he thought the people of Northern Ireland would be content with what had been agreed upon.

But he declined to say whether he thought the deal would be ratified by Britain's parliament.
