London: Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage called on British MPs on Friday to reject the new tentative deal reached between the British government and the European Union.

The UK Parliament will meet on Saturday for the first time since 1982 to vote this weekend on the agreement made by Prime Minister Boris Johnson with the EU.

Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage called on British MPs to reject PM Boris Johnson's withdrawal agreement with the European Union, on Friday.

Farage was one of the leaders of the anti-EU campaign in the 2016 Brexit referendum. He claimed that the deal was a sell-out and did not deliver on the result of the 2016 referendum.

The Brexit Party does not have any MPs.

Johnson said he's confident Parliament will adopt the Brexit deal he reached with the EU in Saturday's key vote.

The prime minister's Conservative Party holds only 288 seats in the 650-seat House of Commons, so he will have to rely on support from other parties and independent lawmakers to get over the line.
