Brussels: A special electric bus is delivering audio messages of love and kindness via loudspeaker to Brussels residents who are confined to their homes during the coronavirus outbreak.
People who wish to send a special message to someone they cannot meet up with in person such as a loved one, a friend or relative, or perhaps a key worker - can do so upon request to the 'Voices of Brussels' bus.
Mother and daughter Asuncion Mendez and Carmen Diaz were surprised when they opened their window to receive a message of love from Lorena, Mendez's grandchild and Diaz's daughter.

'Voices of Brussels' bus driver Axel Vandecasteele said people seemed to appreciate that others were still thinking about them, despite the fact that they could not go out or see each other in person.
