Assange's lawyer dismisses Ecuador claims

Assnage's lawyer Jennifer Robinson said, Ecuador has made disgraceful allegations to defend its decision of allowing the British police into the embassy on Thursday to take Julian Assange into custody. Robinson also said that Ecuadorian government has been spreading lies about his behavior inside the London embassy.

London: Ecuador has made disgraceful allegations to defend its decision of allowing the British police into the embassy on Thursday to take Julian Assange into custody, Assnage's lawyer Jennifer Robinson said.

Robinson also said that Ecuadorian government has been spreading lies about his behavior inside the London embassy. Assange has had "a very difficult time" ever since Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno came to power in 2017, Robinson added.

He is now going to face an extradition request from the US government for conspiracy. Sweden is also considering to reopen the investigation of rape charges against Assange. Assange will next appear before the court om May 2 via video link.
