Jakarta: The island of Bali was shaken up by a 6-magnitude earthquake on Tuesday but no tsunami alert was issued.
According to the disaster management official, the quake hit the mainland at around 7:18 am (local time), 83 km southwest of Nusa Dua, Bali, at a depth of 91.6 km.
However, the seismic waves triggered panic, damaged homes and buildings but no casualties were reported.
