After India, Iran likely to target terror outfits in Pak

After India, Iran threatened to take serious action against Pakistan-based terror outfits. Iran is also planning to build a wall across Pakistan border.

Hyderabad: Days after Pakistan was cornered globally over Pulwama terror attack that claimed lives of 40 CRPF jawans, Iran has threatened Islamabad of serious action against its terror outfits.

General Qassem Soleimani, commander of Quds Force of Iran's Revolutionary Guards, issued stern warning to Pakistan and its army.

“I have this question for the Pakistani government: where are you heading to? You have caused unrest along borders with all your neighbours and do you have any other neighbour left that you want to stir insecurity for?" media reported quoting Soleimani.

Iran is also planning to build border wall along with Pakistan, media reported quoting Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh, chairman of the Iranian parliament's foreign policy commission.

Moreover, Ali Jafari, IRGC commander also said Pakistan would have to pay a very very high cost for supporting Salafi Jihadist terrorist organisation Jeish al-Zolm.

According to the former chief of Afghanistan's intelligence agency Rahmatullah Nabil, Pakistan is supporting 45 to 48 terrorist orgnisations.

In recent years, India and Iran have joined hands to work against terrorism and are likely to discuss on various aspects to minimise the terrorist activity during their upcoming meetings.
