Washington:US' Northrop Grumman's Cygnus spacecraft, named after astronaut Kalpana Chawla 8,000 pound of supplies to the International Space Station (ISS) on Thursday night, but the mission was scrubbed 2 minutes and 40 seconds before liftoff due to an unknown problem.
As the launch was aborted Northrop Grumman said it would try again Friday night if engineers can figure out what went wrong.
