Washington:US President Donald Trump on Friday boasted about his relationship with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, saying Kim was "happy to see me".
Trump was speaking as he left the White House.

You have a man that doesn't smile a lot, but when he saw me he smiled, he was happy, said Donald Trump referring to his meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

"You don't have a man testing nuclear anymore. You have a man that was so happy to see me. That's a good thing, not a bad thing. You have a man that doesn't smile a lot, but when he saw me he smiled, he was happy. You have a man that, when I came into office, all he was doing before under Obama was testing nuclear weapons and blowing up mountains, and now he's not doing it," Trump said.
He was referring to his meeting with Kim in the demilitarised zone between North and South Korea on June 30.
