Seattle: Multiple people opened fire outside a McDonald's in the busiest part of downtown Seattle on Wednesday, killing one person and wounding seven others.
Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best said the shooting during the evening commute was not a random incident.
Seattle Fire Chief Harold Scoggins said one person was found dead at the scene.
Multiple people opened fire outside a McDonald's in the busiest part of downtown Seattle on Wednesday. The victim was a woman approximately 40 to 50 years old, fire officials told.

Reportedly, a total of seven people were being treated at the hospital for gunshot wounds.
Police had been able to determine there were multiple shooters based on video from the scene.
No arrests have been made.
