Dancer-host Raghav Juyal was paid hefty sum for his role in Salman Khan's KKBKKJ; deets inside

Reality TV show host and dancer Raghav Juyal was last seen in Salman Khan's multi-starrer Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. If reports are to be believed, the now turned actor was offered a hefty sum, given his relatability with the audience.

Mumbai:Dancer-actor Raghav Juyal supposedly got paid Rs 1.2 crore for his part in the Salman Khan-starrer Kisi ki bhai kisi ki Jaan, which marked his foray into Bollywood. Raghav Juyal, a dancer-actor who rose to prominence after appearing in the reality show Dance India Dance 3, appeared in Salman Khan's Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi ki Jaan. Raghav plays the role of Ishq in the family entertainer.

An insider says, "Raghav was paid a sum of Rs 1.2 crore for his role in 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan'. This came owing to his popularity amongst the youth and his incredible relatability with digital audiences. He is one of the most popular names on social media. He had quite a journey from being a reality show contestant to a reality show host and now an actor".

A dancer-choreographer and now-turned-actor, Raghav's call to fame was his slow-motion dance moves. He has been nicknamed the King of Slow Motion. In the movie, Raghav plays the role of one of the younger brothers of Salman's character in the movie. Apart from the recent release, Raghav will also be seen soon in two films by Guneet Monga's production house and Yudhra with Siddhant Chaturvedi for Excel Entertainment.

However, this is not his debut movie, the actor-dancer, had earlier starred in ABCD 2 and Street Dancer. During an interview on the Kapil Sharma Show, the dancer talked out about being cast in the special role. He said that Salman personally called him to offer him the part . "I was taken aback because I never imagined Salman Khan would call me directly," he explained.

The action comedy-drama film, directed by Farhad Samji, also stars Pooja Hegde, Daggubati Venkatesh, Jagapathi Babu, Bhumika Chawla, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Vinali Bhatnagar, and debutant Shehnaaz Gill and Palak Tiwari. It was released on April 21. (With agency inputs)
