Hyderabad: Bollywood celebrities Amitabh Bachchan and Anushka Sharma made headlines as they ditched their luxurious cars and chose a faster mode of transportation by getting on a bike to reach work. Both the actors took the bike ride to avoid the Mumbai traffic. While Big B was the first person to do that on Sunday, Anushka was captured by the paparazzi on Monday morning.
However, after the photos and videos of the actors surfaced online, a number of social media users complained that neither the actors nor the riders were wearing helmets. Taking to Twitter, netizens objected to that and even tagged the Mumbai Police to let them know about the same. The police reacted to the tweet and wrote, "We have shared this with traffic branch. @MTPHereToHelp."
