New Delhi:Bharatiya Janta Party MLA Rana Randhir on Thursday slammed Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) after it announced that Tejashwi Yadav will be its Chief Minister candidate for the 2020 Bihar state elections.

Barely five days after the RJD announced that Tejashwi Yadav will be its CM candidate for the 2020 elections, cracks seem to have appeared in the Bihar Mahagathbandhan (MGB) over the issue.

On this Rana Randhir said, "All the parties in the Mahagathbandhan have not been united for the public interest, they have been united for own interest. They don't care about the development of Bihar."

Earlier, on Tejasvi Yadav, Congress leaders have said that the decision has been taken only by the RJD and not by the Mahagathbandhan, adding that most party leaders in the state are of the view that the party should fight the assembly polls alone.

"Tejasvi Yadav doesn't respect the dignity of the post of the leader of opposition in the Bihar Legislative Assembly. Yadav also failed to attend the Sessions of the Assembly for many days." Randhir added.

In this Mahagathbandhan, many leaders are not supporting Tejasvi Yadav as a CM candidate. However, Jitan Ram Manjhi's Hindustani Awam Morcha demanding Manjhi as the CM candidate for the upcoming election.

Rana Randhir claimed that the NDA government is developing Bihar very rapidly in every area and NDA is going to win the next assembly elections too. The Mahagathbandhan going to lose this time also.
