Nagpur: Rajdhani Express catches fire near Narkhed station

A major fire broke out in a bogie of Rajdhani Express 12625 near Narkhed station, Nagpur, yesterday around 11:45 pm. The mishap was not shared by any official, as a result, the Kerala Express which was passing through the route collided with the burning coach.

Nagpur: A major fire broke out in a bogie of the Chennai-New Delhi Rajdhani Express 12625 near Narkhed station, Nagpur, yesterday around 11:45 pm. No casualties have been reported so far.

However, the railway staff detached the burning coach and later the train made its onward journey to New Delhi.

The mishap was neither shared with the any official nor the nearby stations were aware of the incident as a result the Kerala Express which was passing throught the route collided with the burning coach.

Many trains in the same route got delayed by three hours.
