Police raid flat in Gurugram in search of wrestler Sushil Kumar

Police are on the lookout for Olympic medallist Sushil Kumar in connection with the Chhatrasal Stadium brawl that led to the death of a 23-year-old wrestler. It was reported that Sushil is hiding in a flat in Gurugram.

Gurugram (Haryana):A search was initiated at several places in Gurugram to arrest Olympic medallist, Sushil Kumar, who has been absconding in connection with the Chhatrasal Stadium brawl that led to the death of a 23-year-old wrestler, Sagar.

According to the sources, the Olympic medallist Sushil Kumar was reportedly hiding in a flat in Gurugram. It is in this connection that police raided the society around IFFCO Chowk in Gurugram.

The police received information that Sushil Kumar was hiding with some of his colleagues in an under-construction building. However, the wrestler was not found.

A lookout notice was issued against two-time Olympic medallist Sushil Kumar in connection with the Chhatrasal Stadium brawl and efforts are on by police across several states to catch Sushil Kumar.
