New Delhi: Former Union Minister Yashwant Sinha came down heavily on PM Modi over exporting the Covid-19 vaccines to other countries instead of fulfilling the requirements of the people of the country.
Sinha on Sunday shared a video on Twitter in which India's Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Ambassador K Nagaraj Naidu is heard saying that 'India supplied more vaccines globally than having vaccinated its own people.'

The senior Trinamool leader's criticism against the PM over the ongoing vaccine shortage comes in the wake of police having registered FIRs in connection with the posters against the Prime Minister, questioning the export of vaccines.
"The representative of India at the UN has informed the world body that India has sent more vaccines abroad than has vaccinated its own people. Modi is now truly a world leader. Indians can go to hell. The best way to control Covid is to do what the BJP govts are doing at the Centre and in the states, suppress the figures. UP will get the first prize in this if there was one," Yashwant Sinha tweeted.
