Mahindra launches Bolero Power+ for festive season

Mumbai: Mahindra & Mahindra has launched a special edition of its utility vehicle the Bolero with a host of new features amid the festival season, a release said on Wednesday.

The edition of Bolero Power+ comes with features such as front bumper add-on fog lamps, spoiler with stop lamp, among others.

The flagship UV was recently upgraded with safety features such as airbag, anti-lock braking system (ABS), the company said adding it also meets crash compliance which comprises full frontal crash, offset the frontal and side-impact as applicable for crash norms from October 1.

Cathay Pacific appoints V Pillai as regional cargo ser manager Hong Kong-based premier carrier Cathay Pacific Airways said on Wednesday it has appointed Vishal Pillai as its regional cargo services manager for South Asia, Middle East and Africa markets from October 1.

He will be handling the regional operations for cargo, safety, contracts, compliances, regulatory affairs and quality for these markets and will be based out of Mumbai, the airline said in a release.

Honda Motorcycle loyalty programme membership reaches 5L mark Two-wheeler maker Honda Motorcycle & Scooter (HMSI) claimed on Wednesday it's digital loyalty programme Honda Joy Club's membership has reached five lakh since its launch, with the company adding one lakh members in the last 90 days.

Under the programme, launched in October last year, the automaker offers cashback and a host of other benefits to its customers, HMSI said in a release.

  1. Tata Motors on 9 October launched Tigor EV with an extended range to cater to both fleet and personal segment customers with price starting at Rs 9.44 lakh
  2. German luxury car-maker BMW on 7 October launched an updated version of its premium sedan M5 Competition in India priced at Rs 1.55 crore
  3. Automobile major Maruti Suzuki on 30 September launched mini-SUV 'S-Presso' priced in the range of Rs 3.69 lakh to Rs 4.91 lakh
  4. Automobile major Hyundai Motor India on 3 October launched premium sedan, the New 2019 Elantra. The new premium sedan is priced between Rs 15.89 lakh to Rs 20.39 lakh
