Nagaur (Rajasthan): A young mountaineer, Rajveer Singh Naruka, has hoisted the Indian national flag on Mount Gauri Chen peak located in Arunachal Pradesh.
The mountaineer reached his village on Thursday.
Talking to the media, Rajveer said that he would approach any government or non-governmental organisation as soon as possible so that he could climb to Mount Everest, the world's highest peak and glorify the name of the entire nation.
Rajveer was born in Singrapatta village near Deedwana. He became a German-language guide in Delhi after completing his education.
Over a dozen foreign tourists expressed their desire to climb Mount Guru. Seeing the tourist's enthusiasm, Rajveer also got inspired to measure the high peaks.
