Woman gives birth to triplets in Telangana

Celebratory mood prevailed at the Jagtial Government Hospital, as a woman gave birth to triplets on Sunday. The doctors said that the trio of two boys and a girl were quite healthy along with their mother. The infants were put in Special New Care Units (SNCUs).

Mancherial (Telangana):It was a joyous occasion for the gynecology department of Jagtial Government Hospital, as the doctors successfully delivered triplets, here on Sunday.

The doctors, who delivered the trio - two boys and a girl, said that the mother - Shirisha, was doing well and the babies have been put in Special New Care Units (SNCU).

Father of the triplets - Mahesh, hailing from Chinthalapalli of Darenda Palli mandal in Mancherial district, expressed his happiness and thanked the doctors for the care.

Meanwhile, the news of the triplets being born at the hospital spread around, resulting in people flocking to the hospital to glimpse the trio.
