Thane: Just before the arrival of monsoon in Maharashtra, a road caved-in near Kamgar Hospital Road in Thane district of the state on Saturday. Two cars and an autorickshaw were damaged in the incident. Though there were no casualties, the road was blocked by the police for some time.

The Disaster Management System rushed to the spot. Also, the municipal administration will investigate into the matter and actions will be taken against the concerned authorities.
It is said that the incident took place due to a building being constructed in the area.
