Two bikers had a narrow escape from a big cat on the Bandipur-Ooty road near Chamarajanagara on Saturday. The video of the entire incident has gone viral on social media.

Chamarajanagara: An unlikely encounter with a big cat had scared the wits out of two persons, travelling on a motorcycle on the Bandipur-Ooty road near Chamarajanagara on Saturday.

The unbelievable footage captured by the pillion rider shows a snarling tiger, running along the bike with the intention to attack the duo, but misses them narrowly.

Since then, the video has gone viral on the internet and other social media platforms, prompting a debate on how lucky the bikers were.

According to locals, many bikers travel on the Bandipura-Ooty road, however, the Saturday's incident is sure to send a chill down those who have traversed the path, earlier and also in the future!
