Farmer shot in Motihari for property

A farmer shot by four goons in Motihari district of Bihar in a property rivalry. The farmer was badly injured. The victim has been admitted to Sadar Hospital for treatment. Police have started the investigation in this matter.

Motihari: A farmer was allegedly shot near a matiyariya petrol pump located in Harisiddhi police station area of the district.

Four criminals riding two bikes came near the petrol pump and shot the farmer. The farmer was badly injured. The victim has been admitted to Sadar Hospital for treatment.

Umesh Singh, a resident of Matiyariya Hata Tola, was returning home late in the evening when four goons riding two bikes shot him near the Petrol pump and fled.

The locals admitted injured Umesh to Sadar Hospital for treatment. Where he was referred to the private nursing home after primary treatment.
According to the farmer, he married his son to an orphan girl and there is property on the name of the girl. The uncle of the girl wanted to grab this property of her from the beginning and Umesh was also threatened by her uncle for this.

When the farmer denied transferring the property to her uncle he tried to kill him with the help of the goons.

Meanwhile, accused are at large. The Police have started the investigation in this matter.
