ETV Bharat Impact: Cleaning staff gets pending salary

After the issue of the pending salary of the cleaning staff at a government nursing college at Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh was highlighted by ETV Bharat, the college administration immediately acted on the situation. The staff have been paid a month's salary and the remaining in arrears will be paid later.

Rajnandgaon: The cleaning staff at a government nursing college at Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh were deprived of their salary for the last six months. Thanks to the efforts of ETV Bharat, the employees have been paid their one month pending salary and the remaining five months salary has also been assured to them.

The cleaning staff at the college were working on a contract basis for the last six months without receiving any pay. The employees were in great trouble due to the non-payment of the salary.

The administration immediately acted on the situation when it was highlighted by ETV Bharat.
