BJP leader dies of suffocation after fire in house

Karnataka BJP leader died of suffocation after a massive fire broke out at his residence in Karnataka's Kolar on Sunday morning.

Kolar:A fire broke out at a BJP leader's residence at Bazar Road in Bangarpet city of Karnataka's Kolar on Sunday morning. The BJP leader, identified as 58-year-old TS Nagaprakash, died of suffocation during the mishap.

The fire occurred early on Sunday morning due to a short circuit.

The other members of the family luckily survived and have been admitted to a hospital.
