Alwar gang rape: Accused blackmailed victim by threatening to leak video

In the Alwar gang rape case the victim's husband has made several big revelations while talking to the ETV Bharat. He said that the accused had blackmailed them after making the video and demanded money. He also said that all the accused should be hanged till death.

Alwar:In the Alwar gang rape case the victim's husband has made several big revelations while talking to the ETV Bharat. He said that the accused had blackmailed them after making the video and demanded money. He also said that all the accused should be hanged till death.

He further said that on April 26, he was on the way to a tourist place with his wife. Five youths forcefully stopped them on the way and gang-raped his wife.

In order to register the report, they made several rounds of Thanagaji police station but the police did not register an FIR in the case.

Later, with the help of local MLA, the victim reached the Superintendent of Police (SP). Thereafter, On April 29, SP ordered to file the case.

The ordeal didn't end there, the victim's husband told that the accused were constantly threatening him on the phone.

"The day I had gone to meet the superintendent of police the accused had threatened me that day also. As soon as the video went viral, we informed the police but the police didn't take any action. If the police had stepped in and taken action on time then the situation would not be this today", he quipped.
