Youth kidnapped and thrashed mercilessly in MP's Satna

In a shocker from Satna, Madhya Pradesh, a viral video of an abducted youth being thrashed mercilessly by several other youths has gone viral on social media. Police have registered a case and a manhunt is on to nab the accused.

Satna (Madhya Pradesh):A viral video of an abducted youth being thrashed mercilessly has gone viral on social media. Police have registered a case and a manhunt is on to nab the accused. In the footage, it can be clearly seen that the victim is being kicked, slapped with sandals and his hair pulled. Despite the cries of the victim, the accused youths are seen raining down blows on the hapless guy.

Police on having taken cognizance of the viral video which had surfaced on August 15, registered a case and have formed teams to nab the accused. However, it is isn't clear as to why the youth was kidnapped and beaten. According to reports, the accused had even tried to drown the victim in a nearby river.
