He launched a scathing attack on the Central as well as the Delhi Government, saying, "Injustice is growing under BJP rule, the voice of the poor, Dalits is being suppressed everywhere. It is time - we all have to become the voice of the poor, downtrodden, stand together in their fight against injustice. Now-a-days Home Minister Amit Shah, who is responsible for maintaining law and order in Delhi, is going to UP to distribute law and order certificates, and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who shows Delhi the dream of Singapore, London, Paris, is also just busy indulging in publicity propaganda."

He demanded that the victim should get justice at the earliest. "We want that the family of the deceased daughter should get justice by getting the culprit punished for his unforgivable crime, and at the same time he also demanded that like the families who got help in rape cases as before, this family should also get this help, there should be fast-track investigation, the culprits should be given capital punishment at the earliest," he added.

National In-charge of Youth Congress and AICC Jt-Secretary, Krishna Allavaru said, "It is the responsibility of all of us that if injustice is being done to any of our countrymen, then we should stand against that injustice. Neither the Chief Minister nor the Prime Minister of the country, who had promised the safety of their sisters at the time of elections, went to wipe their tears. Due to the negligence of the BJP government, the rule of law has been replaced by jungle raj. The BJP government should take steps for the safety of the daughters and get the accused punished at the earliest."
