New Delhi:Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal will conduct a nationwide campaign for the murder of Rinku Sharma who was allegedly stabbed to death in outer Delhi’s Mangolpuri.
On 14 February, a tribute program for Rinku Sharma will be organized in 2500 places at 2 p.m across the country including Delhi and a memorandum will be given to the President raising the issue of mob lynching of Hindus.
Vinod Bansal, national spokesperson of VHP said on Saturday that even after three days of the murder, the original killers and conspirators have not been caught yet.
Questioning the attitude of Delhi Police in the entire episode, Bansal added that efforts are being made to dismiss the case which is unfortunate.

Even though the Delhi Police has so far arrested five accused in the entire case and reporting it as a matter of mutual quarrel, the VHP says that it is a case of mob lynching, which the police are twisting and presenting in a different way.
Bansal said that Rinku Sharma's murder indicates that Hindus are not safe even inside the capital of the country. The Delhi Police should work honestly in this matter and consider examining the facts, CCTV footage, family's personalities and neighbours' statements.
The issue of a communal nature in the matter has now sparked a debate. VHP claims that Rinku Sharma was killed just because he was playing an active role in the fund collection campaign for the construction of the Ram temple.
