Lucknow: A team of Uttar Pradesh ATS has arrested Ubaid-ur-Rehman, who delivered explosives to the terrorists of the ISI module busted by the Delhi Police earlier this week, from near Kareli 60 Fita Road Tiranga intersection in Prayagraj. He was hiding in Kareli with his second wife.
According to ATS sources, terrorist Ubaid-ur-Rehman alias Humaid-ur-Rehman was taken into custody on the night of September 14-15 on the basis of suspicion. After this, important information about terrorist activities has been gathered from him.
It was Ubaid-ur-Rehman who provided the ID to Zeeshan through Shahrukh and his companions. The ATS had started questioning him only after recovering explosives. Now the sdarch is on for the accomplice of Ubaid-ur-Rehman.

The ATS sources said that Ubaid-ur-Rehman is said to be the uncle of Osama. It was Ubaid-ur-Rehman who provided Zeeshan with terrorist training as well as explosives. After the arrest of Ubaid-ur-Rehman, the ATS team also raided the house of a madrasa operator Saif-ur-Rehman, a resident of Wasiabad, and the houses of the people associated with him. The ATS team is trying to find more evidence related to ISI.
The ATS team is raiding places associated with Shahrukh and his associates to break the chain that delivers explosives to the terrorists. There is CCTV footage of Shahrukh and his companions.
However, Shahrukh is still away from the grip of ATS. It is learnt that the three suspected terrorists who were taken into custody by the ATS and handed over to the special team of Delhi Police, have been released after interrogation. The ATS team is keeping an eye on them.
