1) Blasts reported at Jammu airport's technical area

Two low-intensity explosions, within a gap of five minutes, rocked the high-security technical area of Jammu airport in the early hours of Sunday. Sources told ETV Bharat that a team of forensic experts and a bomb disposal squad have been sent to the scene. Drones were used to carry out the attack. Two personnel suffered minor injuries and there was no damage to any aircraft, sources said.

2) Imran Khan urges Pak filmmakers to focus on original content, not copy Bollywood

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has urged the country's filmmakers to focus on original content and adopt new approaches to filmmaking instead of copying Bollywood. During an event at the short film festival in Islamabad, Khan said mistakes were committed at the beginning since the Pakistani film industry was "impressed" by Bollywood which resulted in copying and adopting another culture.

3) No ET, no answers: Intel report is inconclusive about UFOs

A long-awaited U.S. government report on UFOs released Friday makes at least one thing clear: The truth is still out there. Investigators did not find extraterrestrial links in reviewing 144 sightings of aircraft or other devices apparently flying at mysterious speeds or trajectories. But they drew few other conclusions and instead highlighted the need for better data collection about what’s increasingly seen by Democrats and Republicans as a national security concern.

1. PM Modi to address Mann Ki Baat today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the monthly radio programme 'Mann Ki Baat' at 11 AM on Sunday. In a tweet yesterday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote, "Tune in at 11 AM tomorrow #MannKiBaat". Yesterday, Prime Minister shared an old Mann Ki Baat episode that contained many aspects of overcoming the drugs menace on International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

Filmmaker Aisha Sultana, who was granted anticipatory bail by Kerala High Court, said the case imposed against her was a part of the agenda by the section of the people that wants to suppress her voice

3. Suvendu demands TMC govt make public pandemic purchase committee report of 2020

Sharpening his attack at the Trinamool Congress government on COVID-19 management issue, Leader of Opposition in West Bengal Assembly Suvendu Adhikari Saturday alleged the state was yet to come up with the pandemic purchase committee report of the year 2020.

4.IAF Chief Bhadauria arrives in Dhaka on 3-day visit

Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria on Saturday began a three-day visit to Bangladesh to further expand military cooperation between the two countries. The visit by the Chief of Air Staff to Bangladesh came over two months after Army Chief Gen MM Naravane travelled to the country.
