1.Bihar elections: 53.51% polling recorded in second phase till 6 pm

Voting in 94 of the total 243 Assembly seats in Bihar concluded on Tuesday. In the second phase of the state elections over 2.85 crore voters will decide the fate of 1,463 candidates in the fray.

2.MP by-polls : Voter turnout of 57.09 % till 5 pm

Madhya Pradesh recorded 57.09 per cent polling till 5 pm for assembly bye-elections on 28 seats on Tuesday In Madhya Pradesh, the highest voter turnout in the state has been witnessed on Agar seat (80.46 per cent) while the lowest is in Sumaoli (41.79 per cent), as per the data provided by the Election Commission's Voter Turnout app.

3.US Election 2020 : Trump feels 'very good' about chances

Voters began casting their ballots on Tuesday as polls opened to elect the next president of the United States. Those yet to vote headed to polling places despite another spike in COVID-19 cases that has hit much of the country.

4.No major adverse events in phase 2 of Covaxin trials: Bharat Biotech

The Hyderabad-based vaccine maker, Bharat Biotech has said that the vaccine has been found to be safe without any major adverse events and also the Phase I data for neutralising antibodies has shown good immunogenicity.

5.Onions thrown at Nitish Kumar at Madhubani rally

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was on Tuesday attacked with stones and onions while campaigning for Harlakhi assembly seat in Bihar's Madhubani. While one onion misses him completely, the other landed at the stage, a video clip of the incident shows.
