Farmer leader Tikait receives death threat

National spokesperson of Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) Rakesh Tikait received a death threat on his mobile phone on Friday.

New Delhi/Ghaziabad:National spokesperson of Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) Rakesh Tikait received a death threat on his mobile phone on Friday, reports said. This is the second such threat in two weeks to Tikait, who has been spearheading the farmers' protests against the Central government's new farm laws.

A complaint has filed at the Kaushambi police station.
