Chandigarh: Seeking freedom from the communist Chinese government, two Tibetan youths have decided to embark on 'Freedom March' from Delhi to Sikkim.

As per the information, their march will culminate at Nathu La pass in the Himalayas in East Sikkim district that borders Chinese occupied Tibet today.

Speaking on this, Tenzin, one of the two youths, said that Tibet is fighting for its Independence since long but it is still suffering the brutal rule of the communist Chinese government.

"No matter what, We will continue to protest and fight until the issue of Tibet gets resolved. We have decided to embark on this 'Freedom March' to mark our protest," he said.

He said that the purpose of this march is to bring light to the continuous exploitation of Tibet’s natural resources by the Chinese Communist Party that not just affects Tibetans, but greatly affects the world too.

Although Tibet continues to get the support of many other countries, but now it needs to be intensified and if other countries will keep supporting Tibet, then one day Chinese will have to retreat, he added.

He further said that the way China is increasing its production is also very dangerous for the environment, so not only the people of Tibet but the whole world will have to stand against China to stop it.

It is pertinent to mention here that in September, three Tibetan men had undertaken a peace march for their country's freedom from Manali to Delhi.
