Tarn Taran(Punjab): Three people including two students were killed after a school bus met with an accident on Saturday morning near Sheikhchak village of Punjab's Tarn Taran district. Two of the deceased were school-going children while the third victim was the driver of the bus. The school bus, as per the initial inputs, collided with a truck.

Several students on board the bus were injured in the accident and were rushed to a private hospital. Videos from the spot showed locals inspecting the overturned bus with shattered glasses and broken seats, while ambulance and police vehicles were on standby.
The local police have taken cognizance of the matter and started the investigation. The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem as further probe is underway.
