Hyderabad:After Friday's audio, a second audio clip purportedly relating to the TRS MLAs poaching case has surfaced now, containing a conversation between the three accused, one of whom talked about luring more MLAs and also 'collapse of Government within a month'. With this, the alleged poaching bid for 4 MLAs of ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) took an unexpected twist.

Whereas, the BJP sought a CBI probe, claiming that the entire poaching case has been staged to influence the Munugode bypoll scheduled for November 3. The audio clips purportedly to be of a phone conversation of TRS MLA Pilot Rohith Reddy with the three accused - Ramachandra Bharati aka Satish Sharma, Nanda Kumar and Simhayaji Swamy.

While there is mention of a key leader's name in the first audio, the second one touched many issues including money given to MLAs who changed parties and different agencies to ensure that no one gets involved. The second audio revolved entirely around financial transactions and contained voices of the voices of the accused. How many people will come along with Rohit Reddy? How much to give? They talked about vitamin indirectly referring to bribe.

The audio conversation revealed a confidence among the accused that the government will surely fall if these MLAs come. Names of several MLAs were discussed. But these audios came to light unofficially. Neither the accused nor the police responded to this.

As per this audio, one of the accused, Ramachandra, said: "If Rohit resigns from the party, the government will fall within a month. Let's look at the former in the second round as you said. We are also operating in Delhi. There are also 43 people there. They also resign from membership."

Highlights of the second audiotape are:

Nandu: Had a meeting with the pilot yesterday morning. Almost said ok. I said that whatever you want, we will take care of it. Say that you will be the team leader if you come first. Give me a rate. I will take care of the rest.. he said.

Ramachandra Bharati: How much does he want?

Nandu: He expects one hundred rupees

Ramachandra: How many people are likely to come with him?

Nandu: Now four will come along with him

Ramachandra: Should they be paid separately?

Nandu: Let's discuss all that later. When they meet.. when you meet..!

Ramachandra: I must have a clarification to tell Santosh! Shouldn't it be said that they want so much? Pilot Rohit is the key person. Four will come along with him. We ask Santosh to do it ourselves. We will say that even from Congress they are ready to come in large numbers. Tell Dasoju to encourage him a bit.

Nandu: Dasoju is no more. He joined TRS at four o'clock this evening. He was joined by two big men, Swami Goud and Bhikshamayya Goud. He has been appealing to you for many days to encourage him. The organization is not good here. Just tell them. Pilot is also a very knowledgeable and capable person.

Ramachandra: You should know one thing...Before we sit in front of them there should be clarity. Don't sit for small things. Committing is not in the hands of leaders like Bandi Sanjay or Kishan Reddy.

Nandu: What you do in Delhi should not be known here, Swamiji!

Ramachandra: The center is doing it directly by taking a bypass from the state.

Nandu: All this should happen before the by-election. No use after that.

Ramachandra: I will talk if you say yes to '100' before the by-election. Sure? Santosh left Gujarat today after waiting for three days. I will give a message to Santosh tomorrow morning. He does not stay in one place for ten days for one work. They come and go on charter. Even though he was busy with the Gujarat elections, I called him.

Nandu: They will come tomorrow. There are five constituencies within one hundred kilometers of the city. They will go to Chevella, Parigi, Kodangal, and Tandur MLAs.

Ramachandra: OK...I will talk to Santosh. Rohit and two others are ready to come with him. Moreover..?

Nandu: Ha... But later their number may increase.

Ramachandra: Santhosh immediately joins a conference call with Amit Shah. He says that one or three means it is not good to go there. They say that they will come to Delhi and meet. If there are 5-6 people then they plan here. Santosh is a very big man. Ministers also meet him only if they make an appointment. He cannot be called and seduced unless he is in large numbers. No problem with the payment.

Nandu: Four sitting MLAs, former MLAs, and former MLCs will make a total of ten. The pilot also told me to take a special SIM.

Ramachandra: That is very important. It is better to talk on a number other than your number.

Nandu: I promise. If the mission is completed and successful, the government will be fallen!

Ramachandra: I know that. Tell the same thing to number 2 and Santosh. We discussed this in depth. They say that it would be better if they were in large numbers.

Nandu: I will bring Tushar anywhere. You, Tushar come.. talk to these three.. then ten people will come.

Ramachandra: Are they ready to discuss with Tushar?

Nandu: Ha

Ramachandra: Tushar means a person belonging to numbers 1 and 2. First I will come and discuss. If they are ready then ask Tushar to come. 26th morning will come. If everything is ok. Let's call Tushar on 25th and tell him to come on the 26th evening. After that let's ask for an appointment with Santhosh and Amit shah on the 27th.

Nandu: Spoke to Rohit. For the rest, even 30 is enough.

Ramachandra: If Rohit resigns from the party, the government will fall within a month. Let's look at the former in the second round as you said. We are also operating in Delhi. There are also 43 people there. They also resign from membership.

Nandu: Look at things like security.

Ramachandra: What kind of security was provided to Raghu (Raghuramakrishnamraju)? In the same way, there is Wiplus security

Simhayaji: Jai Srimannarayana.. Swamiji! How are you..!

Ramachandra: I am fine. I will come on 26th morning. Once he comes, he will call Tushar. He will come in the evening. If everything is ok.. let's go to Delhi by charter on the 27th morning. Even if they ask for hundred crores. there is no problem. We will talk when we meet.

Simha: The other three will come but don't want a hundred. A lot has to be given.

Ramachandra: Once sitting... BJP is ready for any investment.

Simha: Nandu is afraid of Raksha.

Ramachandra: No problem. We know how to solve any problem.

Simha: My request is to give a post to Nandu.

Ramachandra: Nandu will be in the meeting with Santosh. A good post will be offered.

Simha: If three people come now, 15 people will come soon after.

Ramachandra: Once three or four are ready to resign... he will dissolve the government in just a month. Let us do our work at that time. That is why they are ready to invest in Rohit. Keep the current number secret. Do not discuss this with any local leaders

Meanwhile, the BJP approached the Enforcement Directorate and the Election Commission seeking a probe, while TV channels aired an alleged telephonic conversation between the complainant and the accused. BJP MLA M Raghunandan Rao submitted a representation to the Enforcement Directorate in Hyderabad to investigate into the matter. The BJP has already announced that it would move the court seeking a high-level investigation into the issue to bring out the truth over the ruling TRS' allegations that the BJP tried to poach some of its MLAs.

On Thursday, a court in Hyderabad rejected the remand of three people who were arrested by Cyberabad police on charges of allegedly trying to coax four TRS legislators into defecting, over not following the procedure of issuing a notice before the arrest. Based on a complaint by Pilot Rohith Reddy, one of the legislators, cases under relevant sections-criminal conspiracy, offering bribe and Prevention of Corruption Act-1988- were filed against the trio-Ramachandra Bharati@ Satish Sharma, Nanda Kumar and Simhayaji Swamy on October 26 night. They were arrested on Thursday and later in the night produced before a court judge for anti-corruption cases.
