UP: Teenager allegedly gangraped in front of brother at gunpoint

A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by four men in front of her 12-year-old brother who was held at gunpoint by the accused on Friday night. The accused also filmed the whole act and threatened to make it viral if she reported the incident to anyone.

Muzzafarnagar (Uttar Pradesh):A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped by four men in front of her 12-year-old brother, who was held at gunpoint by the accused on Friday night. The accused also filmed the whole act and threatened to make it viral if she reported the incident to anyone. The incident took place when her parents were away in the village, under Phugana police station.

When the family members returned home, the girl's brother narrated the incident to them after which the family filed a police complaint. A case has been registered against the four men under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).

At present, the accused who belong to the same village, are at large, and the police have launched a manhunt to nab them.
