New Delhi:The island nation of Taiwan on Saturday thanked India for its continuous support to the nation and hoped for stronger India-Taiwan ties after New Delhi expressed concern over the death of over 50 people killed in the train accident on Friday.
Taking to Twitter, Taiwanese Foreign Affairs Minister Joseph Wu said, "Thank you @MEAIndia for the expression of sentiment & support. This genuinely friendly gesture will touch the people, & bring Taiwan & India closer in a real & lasting manner".
