New Delhi:The Supreme Court on Tuesday reserved its judgement on a petition filed against the Kerela High Court order prohibiting Ayush doctors from advertising or prescribing medicines for curing of Covid-19.
The bench comprising of Justice Ashok Bhushan, Justice R Subhash Reddy and Justice MR Shah had observed in the earlier hearing that the High Court was not wrong in passing such an order.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta appearing for the centre had submitted before the court that Ayurveda can be used as an immunity booster but not as a cure. Today also the centre told the court that the homoeopaths and the Ayush doctors can only prescribe immunity boosters.
