New Delhi:The Supreme Court directed the Delhi Jal Board today to approach Upper Yamuna Jal Board and make a representation relating to allegations of the release of water which is not sufficient at present.
The bench comprising of Justice L Nageswara Rao, Justice AS Bopanna and Justice V Ramasubramanian was hearing a petition by the Delhi Jal Board against Haryana for polluting the Yamuna river and cutting down water level leading to scarcity in Delhi.
