Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to pass any directions to the Central government to provide the NEET candidates with the option to change their exam centres and postpone the exam. The bench comprising of Justice UU Lalit and Justice, Justice S Ravindra Bhat and Justice Bela M Trivdei was hearing the plea by the NEET PG aspirants who wanted a change in their centres.
The students contended before the court that though the students becoming eligible in June 2021 have the option to change, while students becoming eligible in March do not have that option so now they would have to travel far off distances.
However, the court rejected the plea saying that now everything is operating and one can easily travel.
