New Delhi:Rajya Sabha was adjourned till 2 pm on Wednesday amid uproar by Opposition parties. Proceedings in Rajya Sabha resumed at 12 pm amid ruckus by the Opposition. Minister of Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya Scindia while answering a query said flight charges need to be brought down in such a way that people wearing 'hawwai' chappals are able to afford it. Tiruchi Siva, Elamaram Kareem, MPs refused to raise questions saying it is impossible to ask when the House in not in order.
