New Delhi: The farmers protesting against India's new farm laws are observing 'Black Day' to mark six months of demonstrations.
National spokesperson of Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU), Rakesh Tikait said Wednesday's protest will be held peacefully as per COVID protocol.
"We are also carrying the tricolour. It has been six months now, but the government is not listening to us. So farmers are putting up black flags. It will be done peacefully. We are following COVID protocols. Nobody is coming here. People are putting up flags wherever they are," Tikait said.
