Advocate Rumela Guha, appearing for the litigant, said, "We have raised three specific issues through our litigation. The first point in the list of the matters stands localised triage system. In Mumbai's Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), a triage system has been devised to ensure access to healthcare for the Covid 19 infected patients subject to their health conditions. In Delhi, the system has collapsed because this system is not followed whereas in Mumbai the number of cases begin to decrease".
