UMANG mobile app to apply for national scholarship

Students can apply for their national scholarship using the Umang app. The students also can apply for renewal and fresh scholarship in the app itself.

New Delhi:The National Scholarship Portal (NSP) has announced today that, the submission of scholarship applications dates for all Central Sector Schemes except schemes of WARB has been extended until November 30, 2020.

The students are requested to submit the application forms before November 30th 2020.

The Institute verification will be on December 15th 2020 and the District / State / Board Verification will be on December 31st 2020.

The student can also use the UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) Mobile app for easy access and administration.

The UMANG Mobile App is developed by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEIT) and National e-Governance Division (NeGD) to drive Mobile Governance in India.

Students are recommended to register with the National Scholarship Portal (https://scholarships.gov.in) before using this UMANG Mobile App, to check their eligibility.

The students also can apply for Renewal and fresh scholarship in the app itself.
