MP: Seven days remand granted to 13 PFI members

Out of 13 members, 8 PFI members were produced from Maharashtra. The members produced in the court were accused of being involved in terror funds and terrorist activities.

Bhopal: The Bhopal district court sent 13 members of the PFI group on a seven days remand to NIA here on Wednesday. Out of 13 PFI members, eight were from Maharashtra.

Official sources said that the eight arrested PFI members who came to Madhya Pradesh from Maharashtra were involved in spreading the network of their organization in the State. They further revealed that the 13 PFI members were involved in terror funding and terrorist activities adding that now they will be interrogated by the NIA.

Among the arrested members, Maharashtra Police has handed over a member of PFI caught from Aurangabad to NIA.
