Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh):A woman constable posted in Bhopal District Police Force can finally get her gender changed. She had sought permission to undergo sex reassignment surgery from the state government after her body started showing male bodily symptoms.
Granting her the permission on Wednesday, the state Home Minister Narottam Mishra informed that all procedures have been followed. It is for the first time in the history of the state that a woman constable got the permission to change her gender.
