Mumbai (Maharashtra):In an interview to Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamana, Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray hit out at the opposition party, saying that he should not be compelled to go after them. Thackeray’s word of caution comes in the wake of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) action against Sena legislator Pratap Sarnaik.
Uddhav Thackeray whose government completed a year in office in November in the interview to Sena leader and Saamana executive editor Sanjay Raut spoke on a range of issues.
He said that central agencies are being misused in the country and the manner in which their families are being targeted shows vindictive politics of opposition party in the state.
He also added that the party is keeping a close eye on all the political developments in the state and if anyone targets our families, they should not forget that they have families and children too.
