New Delhi:Union Minister and LJP National President Pashupati Kumar Paras, who claimed that his life was at threat requested the Central government that he should be provided Z+ security, the highest level of security accorded to an individual by the government.
Speaking to ETV Bharat, Paras said, " I have to go out of Delhi many times in connection with the work of the party and the ministry. At the same time, there is a squabble within his party over the change of leadership."
Referring to his recently concluded tour of Bihar, the minister said he was attacked by some anti-social elements and his security was unable to thwart that attack.
Paras said he had been receiving abuses and threats on his personal mobile phone. He has lodged an FIR at the Parliament Street Police Station in Delhi. According to him, his Patna office was shot at by anti-social elements on June 17.
