Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court today expressed displeasure over the CBI investigation of Dhanbad judge Uttam Anand's death. The High Court has expressed its strong displeasure after seeing the progress report of the investigation filed by the CBI. The court wanted to know why this investigation report was revolving only around the auto driver after the CBI told the court that Dhanbad district judge Uttam Anand was deliberately hit by an autorickshaw while he was on a morning walk.
The judge questioned, "why would an auto driver kill a judge? After all, what can be the use of it, is there some big personality behind this auto driver. CBI should also proceed with the investigation on this point." The Court has fixed the next hearing of the case on September 30. Meanwhile, the CBI has been asked to investigate all angles and submit a progress report in the High Court.
