New Delhi:Chief Minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren on Tuesday got a fourth breather after the Election Commission of India (ECI) agreed to extend the date of hearing on his office of profit case over an alleged mining lease. The next hearing for Soren's case will be held on July 14.
"Parties were represented through advocates. The case was partly heard. Next date of hearing is on July 14," said an EC official on the condition of anonymity. The last date for hearing Soren's case was scheduled on June 14 but on his request, he was granted a third extension and was scheduled to appear before the poll panel on June 26.
