New Delhi: Forty-three candidates have scored perfect 100 percentile in the second session of the engineering entrance exam JEE Main, the National Testing Agency (NTA) announced on Saturday. Candidates can download their results from the official website of NTA, jeemain.nta.nic.in. JEE Main 2023 scores will determine admission to the National Institutes of Technology (NIT), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIIT) and all other government-funded technical institutes.
Ridhi Kamlesh Kumar Maheshwari of Karnataka is the only girl to score 100 percentile in second session of JEE Mains 2023 exam. Among the other 100 percentile scorers Telangana's Singaraju Venkat Koundinya ranked first followed by Kallakuri Sainadh Srimanth of Andhra Pradesh, Ishan Khandelwal of Rajasthan, Deshank Pratap Singh and Nipun Goel of Uttar Pradesh.
A total of 8,83,372 candidates out of 9,31,510 appeared for the second session of the JEE Main. The exam was held on April 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15. The attendance for the second session was 94.83 per cent. The exam was conducted for a duration of three hours in offline mode. It was a 300-mark paper. The answer scripts were released on April 19 and objections were sought from students till April 21.
